Independent Contractor Agreement
Effective Date: 11.02.2026
This Agreement is made between Global Tech Inc. ("Client"), located at 123 Business Ave, Delaware, USA, and John Doe ("Contractor"), located at Mersin, Turkey.
1. Services Provided
Contractor agrees to provide the following services: Mobile User Acquisition and Campaign Management. Contractor shall perform these services in a professional and timely manner.
2. Payment Terms
Client shall pay Contractor a total sum of 5000 USD for the completion of services. Payment shall be made via bank transfer within 15 days of invoice submission.
3. Confidentiality
The Contractor acknowledges that they may have access to confidential and proprietary information. The Contractor agrees to keep all such information strictly confidential during and after the term of this agreement.
4. Relationship of Parties
It is understood by the parties that the Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client. The Client shall not provide fringe benefits, including health insurance benefits, paid vacation, or any other employee benefit, for the benefit of the Contractor.
